HORIZONS OF FRIENDSHIP ANNOUNCES DETAILS OF 10TH ANNUAL HOMES, GARDENS & MUSIC TOUR.

Cobourg – Six unique homes and seven gorgeous gardens are on this year’s Horizons of Friendship’s 10th annual Homes, Gardens & Music Tour.

Live concerts by local musicians and delectable refreshments donated by local merchants will be available at each location. As well, master gardeners will be at selected sites to answer gardening questions.

Proceeds support the work of Horizons of Friendship’s work in Central America and Mexico. Horizons of Friendship works with 22 local partners on sustainable development projects to combat poverty and injustice.

Illahee Lodge
This Italianate mansion built in 1876 has many unique heritage details combined with the modern luxuries of a new home, as it has recently been renovated back into a single-family home.
Lidia Farm
The reproduction Ontario Cottage features salvaged architectural details throughout the home, making the new old again.

Contemporary Harbour Townhouse
The interior of this new harbour townhouse in the heart of Cobourg is truly designer perfection, with an elegant emphasis on silvers and whites throughout.

Windridge Farm
The gardens of the Windridge farmhouse, built in 1880, feature many eclectic details and spectacular views of the Northumberland Hills.


Jex Rejuvenated
This typical Jex home, built in 1918, has been remolded accentuating original details and adding some new ones.The musicians performing this year include:
