Mesoamerica is rich in diversity but small in size. Its countries share many similarities in terms of history, national context, and sometimes political and economic development. Lessons can be learned and strategies developed both within and across national borders.
Our program themes have emerged organically from our partners’ concerns and their concrete work in the region. We provide opportunities for our partners and other like-minded groups to come together around common issues to learn, share and develop joint strategies together, thereby building and strengthening the social movements needed to make positive economic and social change happen on a big scale.
