We are a Canadian agency committed to promoting social justice and people-centred development in Central America and Mexico (Mesoamerica) with the cooperation of communities in the South and North.
In Mesoamerica, we partner with local organizations to support grassroots programs for people-centred development, the promotion of human rights and citizen engagement. ACUN5
1. Analucy and Frances In Canada, we foster greater solidarity with the peoples of Mesoamerica through people-to-people connections and raise awareness among Canadians about international development, human rights and Canada’s role in the world.

We are a federally-registered non-governmental organization [NGO], located in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada, founded by Father Timothy Coughlan, Christine Stewart and the late David Stewart, as a result of their volunteer experience in Honduras. We were incorporated as a charitable organization in 1973.
